چه چیزهایی نگه می‌داریم

حساب. نشانی ایمیل یا شماره‌ی موبایلی که با آن وارد می‌شوید، و نامی که خودتان بنویسید. کد ورود را نگه نمی‌داریم؛ فقط اثر یک‌طرفه‌ای از آن (هش) می‌ماند که نمی‌شود دوباره به کد تبدیلش کرد.

نقشه‌ها. فایلی که بارگذاری می‌کنید، تصویر آماده‌ای که از آن می‌سازیم، نقشه‌ی سه‌بعدی‌ای که از آن خوانده می‌شود و ویرایش‌هایتان.

کیف پول. موجودی و هر شارژ، پرداخت و بازپرداخت، با مبلغ و تاریخش. اطلاعات کارت بانکی از شما نمی‌گیریم.

امنیت. برای هر بار ورود، نشانی IP و مرورگری که از آن وارد شده‌اید، و فهرستی از ورودها و تغییرات حساب. نشانی IP برای محدود کردن تلاش‌های پیاپی هم به کار می‌رود.

استفاده. روزهایی که از حسابتان استفاده کرده‌اید، فقط به‌صورت تاریخ، تا بدانیم چند نفر از پلانیکو استفاده می‌کنند. پلانیکو هیچ اسکریپت تبلیغاتی یا آماری ندارد.

پایگاه داده روی سرور ما در ایران است و فایل‌ها در فضای ذخیره‌سازی ابری آروان، در تهران.

چه کسانی آن را می‌بینند

هوش مصنوعی. برای خواندن نقشه، تصویر آماده‌ی آن از طریق OpenRouter به مدل هوش مصنوعی‌ای فرستاده می‌شود که دیوارها، درها و اتاق‌ها را تشخیص می‌دهد. اگر سبک داخلی را خودتان توصیف کنید، همان توصیف هم فرستاده می‌شود. این سرویس‌ها خارج از ایران‌اند و شرایط حریم خصوصی خودشان را دارند. نام، ایمیل، شماره و فایل اصلی شما فرستاده نمی‌شود.

پیامک و ایمیل. کد ورود را با سرویس پیامک sms.ir (در ایران) یا سرویس ایمیل Resend (خارج از ایران) می‌فرستیم. آن‌ها فقط شماره یا ایمیل شما و خود کد را می‌گیرند.

کسانی که لینک را دارند. با لینک اشتراک، هر کسی مدل سه‌بعدی، قدم زدن در آن و نقشه‌ی دوبعدی را می‌بیند، و فایل IFC و GLB را فقط اگر خودتان اجازه داده باشید دریافت می‌کند. فایل اصلی و اطلاعات حساب شما را نمی‌بیند. برای هر لینک فقط تعداد بازدیدها و زمان آخرین بازدید را نگه می‌داریم.

تیم پلانیکو. برای اداره‌ی سرویس و پاسخ به شما، اطلاعات حساب، نام پروژه‌ها و فایل‌ها و سوابق کیف پول را می‌بینیم.

کوکی‌ها و حافظه‌ی مرورگر

دو کوکی شما را وارد نگه می‌دارد: کوکی نشست، که تا ۳۰ روز می‌ماند، و کوکی امنیتی همراهش، که فرم‌ها را در برابر درخواست‌های جعلی حفظ می‌کند. با خروج از حساب هر دو پاک می‌شوند.

زبان و پوسته‌ای که انتخاب می‌کنید فقط در مرورگر خودتان ذخیره می‌شود و برای ما فرستاده نمی‌شود. پلانیکو کوکی تبلیغاتی یا ردیابی ندارد.

حذف اطلاعات

یک پروژه. «حذف» در فهرست پروژه‌ها فایل‌ها، ویرایش‌ها و لینک اشتراک آن را پاک می‌کند.

کل حساب. «حساب» و بعد «حذف حساب» همه‌ی پروژه‌ها را با فایل‌ها و لینک‌هایشان پاک می‌کند، و نام، ایمیل و شماره‌ی شما را هم. اگر نقشه‌ای هنوز در حال تبدیل باشد، اول باید تمام شود.

آنچه می‌ماند. سوابق کیف پول (مبلغ و تاریخ) و فهرست ورودها، برای حسابداری و امنیت، به حسابی متصل می‌مانند که دیگر نمی‌شود با آن وارد شد. اگر اولین نقشه‌تان رایگان بوده، شماره‌ی موبایلتان هم می‌ماند تا این پیشنهاد دو بار استفاده نشود.

نسخه‌های پشتیبان. از پایگاه داده هر روز نسخه‌ی پشتیبان می‌گیریم و هر نسخه حداکثر هشت روز می‌ماند؛ آنچه حذف می‌کنید در این مدت از پشتیبان‌ها هم پاک می‌شود.

What we keep

Your account. The email address or mobile number you sign in with, and a name if you add one. We don’t keep sign-in codes; only a one-way hash of each code remains, which can’t be turned back into the code.

Your plans. The file you upload, the prepared image we make from it, the 3D plan read from it, and your edits.

Your wallet. Your balance and every top-up, charge and refund, with its amount and date. We don’t take bank card details.

Security. For each sign-in, the IP address and browser it came from, and a log of sign-ins and account changes. IP addresses are also used to limit repeated attempts.

Use. The days you used your account, as dates only, so we know how many people use Pelanico. Pelanico has no advertising or analytics scripts.

The database is on our server in Iran, and files are kept in ArvanCloud object storage in Tehran.

Who sees it

The AI. To read a plan, its prepared image is sent through OpenRouter to the AI model that finds the walls, doors and rooms. If you describe your own interior style, that description is sent too. These services are outside Iran and have their own privacy terms. Your name, email, number and original file are not sent.

Text messages and email. Sign-in codes go out through sms.ir (in Iran) or the email service Resend (outside Iran). They receive only your number or email address, and the code.

People with a link. Anyone with a share link can see the 3D model, walk through it and see the 2D plan, and can download the IFC and GLB files only if you allow it. They never see your original file or your account. For each link we keep only the number of views and the time of the last one.

The Pelanico team. To run the service and help you, we can see account details, project and file names, and wallet records.

Cookies and browser storage

Two cookies keep you signed in: a session cookie, which lasts up to 30 days, and a security cookie paired with it, which protects forms against forged requests. Signing out clears both.

The language and theme you choose are saved only in your browser and are never sent to us. Pelanico uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Deleting your data

A project. Delete in your project list removes its files, edits and share link.

Your account. Account, then Delete account, removes every project with its files and links, along with your name, email and number. A plan that is still converting has to finish first.

What stays. Wallet records (amounts and dates) and the sign-in log stay, for accounting and security, attached to an account that can no longer sign in. If your first plan was free, your mobile number stays too, so the offer can’t be used twice.

Backups. We back up the database daily and keep each copy for at most eight days, so what you delete leaves the backups within that time.
